MEET THE ACADEMIC FIELDWORK COORDINATORS (AFWC)

AFWC’s are a go-to FW support system for students and clinical educators. They are responsible for coordinating FW rotations with Site Coordinators, assigning students to sites, and acting as the Course Instructor for OT FW rotations. With students, they often take on the role of mentor, councilor, facilitator, and educator. They also support Clinical FW Educators throughout the FW process to help sites to facilitate successful FW rotations.
